We have a special offer at Mandarin Oriental in Marrakech

A stay in the Red City should start here.

Morocco, and Marrakech in particular, might just be the perfect escape for some warmer days this winter. It's closer than many other winter sun destinations, easy to reach from Europe, and an incredibly beautiful place to visit.

And now, we've secured a special offer at Mandarin Oriental.

An oasis in Marrakech

The Mandarin Oriental story began in the 1960s, and today the brand is synonymous with some of the world's finest hotels. Its Marrakech property opened in 2015, offering a discreet retreat surrounded by beautiful gardens, just outside the bustle of the city.

There's a reason Idris and Sabrina Elba chose this place for their wedding celebrations.

For this offer, we've selected the Mandarin Pool Villa, with a generous 502 m² of indoor and outdoor space. It’s a modern riad-style villa with beautiful interiors, your own private pool, outdoor dining area, a spacious bathroom, and pretty much everything else you could wish for.

Our team has stayed here, so this comes with a personal recommendation.

Surrounded by lush gardens, olive trees and views towards the Atlas Mountains, it's a seriously beautiful place. And while Marrakech has plenty to offer, we wouldn't blame you for spending most of your stay enjoying your own villa.

Explore Marrakech

A visit to Marrakech's medina is practically mandatory. This UNESCO-listed historic old town dates back nearly a thousand years and is surrounded by ancient city walls stretching approximately 19 kilometres.

Inside, you'll find narrow streets, colourful market stalls, handwoven carpets, spices, leather goods and plenty of opportunities to get lost in the best possible way. Another personal advice: Leave some extra room in your suitcase, you'll probably need it.

Marrakech is also home to the Musée Yves Saint Laurent, dedicated to the legendary fashion designer. Discover sketches, garments and exhibitions inside a striking architectural building, with the famous Jardin Majorelle just nearby.

Feeling a little more adventurous? Head out to the Agafay Desert, a rocky desert landscape outside Marrakech, for a quad bike adventure or a camel ride. Or even go on a hot air balloon ride and see the Djebillat Desert from a bird's-eye view!

Or, perhaps our favourite option: Do absolutely nothing by your private pool.
